no one ever warned me
that snow could fall in summer
that the sun and all the stars
were paper balls
that time could be invalid
like a worn out ticket stub
because snow can fall
in summer after all

no one ever warned me
that snow could fall in summer
that the sun and all the stars
were paper balls
that time could be invalid
like a worn out ticket stub
because snow can fall
in summer after all
This poem reminds me of me becoming really used to the strangeness and surprises of life and the world. Strangeness and surprises are normal occurrences in life and in the world, alright.
